Cancellation Policy

At Amritsari Tadke Mein, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their Tiffin Service orders without incurring any charges up to 8:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Late Cancellations:

Orders canceled after 8:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This policy is in place due to the preparatory work and resources involved in meal planning and preparation.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel an order and not being available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time will be considered a "no-show." No-show orders will not be refunded.

Unavoidable Circumstances:

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, there may be rare occasions where unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or accidents involving our delivery personnel may cause delays. We kindly request our customers' understanding and patience in such situations. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize delays and ensure that your meals are delivered to you as promptly as possible.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

Refunds:

Please note that refunds are not provided for any meal plan purchased. Our meal plans are offered at a minimal rate, especially for bulk purchases, and are non-refundable to maintain affordability for our customers.
